185?! Seriously, how are you training?? I maxed at a 185# Clean on 01/07 for my paleo challenge baseline WOD. The final WODs are Saturday and I really really want to win for no other reason than a free six month unlimited Crossfit membership. 9 is not enough in a month.
Also, I still haven’t forgot our other race to 300 DL and 150 Press…. and of course other arbitrary challenges to be added as necessary

Nice work though! I’m sure it’s way more than 185# now! 
Inching closer to that 300…and only another measly 50lb to go to get to 150 for my press :P
Was your paleo challenge only a month? Or is it still going? I just started a little nutrition challenge…with myself..haha ronerryyyyy I’m so roneryyyy
BUT - I started using the app “the eatery”..have you heard of it? You take a picture of everything you eat and it gets posted for other users to see, and over time it will show you patterns in your eating behavior you might otherwise not see
