Haha thats nice, I felt like ass today.
The kind of day where you feel like you need to do a very long workout, be scrubbed in very hot water, and then take a very long nap.
off to do 5 rounds : [15 DB ground to overhead 50,35), 40 double unders,200m sprint ] + tabata deadlifts (220#), then dinner, then shower, then glorious, glorious sleep.
